  3. Heat Pump Service: Air-source heat pump and installation pipework.
  4. Unvented Cylinder: Unvented hot water cylinder and installation pipework in a heat-pump system.
  5. Heat Pump and Unvented Cylinder Service: Air-source heat pump, unvented hot water cylinder and installation pipework for both.
  6. Heating, Plumbing and Electrics: Gas boiler, supply pipe, central heating, plumbing and drainage problems, water supply pipe, broken EV chargers and your home’s electrics.

Alternatively, if you take out a HomeServe Boiler Cover plan, it includes a free boiler service in your first year. Future annual services are then charged at the standard rate (currently £126).

What's the claim limit on HomeServe boiler cover?

There is no HomeServe GB limit on the number of times you can call out – in other words, you can call out HomeServe as many times as you need to. Be aware, though, that you’ll need to pay an excess fee (typically £60 or £100) for each callout you make.
